This is pLaTeX2e format dated 2017/04/08, to go on to
TeX Live 2017 pretest.

* Add support for LaTeX2e 2017-04-15 (\verb-related
  patches).
* Improve the behavior of \strutbox.
* Fix a bug in \ref, output routine and \textunderscore.
* plext.sty: Make \parbox robust, fix a bug in \Kanji and
  improve alignment for tabular/\parbox.
* Standard classes: Add openleft option, improve page
  feeding and crop mark date.
