Hi Kazuki (assuming it is you),
Thanks for the upload. I've installed the new version and updated the
catalogue repository.

The changes should become available on the mirrors within the next 24
hours. Then I will post the announcement.

I added the Japanese TeX Development Community as author for
uptex-fonts as well as for uptex-base.

 Supposing that you are yourself a member of that community
 and its issue ”÷ texjp.org mailing list, no separate upload

The package "zhmetrics-uptex" is an add-on, which *adds*
a set of tfm/vf _specific_ for native Chinese users, which
enables multi-weight Chinese font settings on uptex.
It has no general support for Japanese/Korean.

Our package "ptex-fontmaps" uses the existing set of tfm/vf from
"ptex-fonts" and "uptex-fonts", which are also our (= texjporg, as a
developer of ptex/uptex engines) official projects.

I agree about /fonts/ptex-fontmaps/, as /fonts/ptex-fonts/
and /fonts/uptex-fonts are installed in a similar way.
