Hello,
I added small patches to texk/seetexk and texk/dvidvi to accept
pTeX DVI which might include Japanese vertical writing.
(TeX Live svn r44637 and r44638 respectively)
Previously those programs rejected pTeX DVI due to id-byte = 3
or use of extended opcode 255.
For "dvibook" in seetexk, a new option "-r" (switches to right-hand
side binding signature, which is common for Japanese, Hebrew
and Arabic) is also implemented.
The patched version does not include any backward incompatible
changes. If you find some issues, please report to Japanese TeX
Development Community list, issue @ texjp.org .
Many thanks to Takuji, who has tested the patch in advance
and commit to svn on behalf of us.
