[issue:158] cjk-gs-integrate and ptex-fontmaps database files

Hi Karl,

* ptex-fontmaps
* cjk-gs-integrate

Each of these packages contains a directory named database;
currently it is placed under doc/, but the files are expected to
be found in fonts/misc/. That is, the installation should be
 {pkgname}/database/* -> $TEXMF/fonts/misc/{pkgname}
