                babel-japanese

package.

 * Renamed old japanese.pdf -> babel-japanese.pdf and added English description.

 * japanese.pdf: New documentation in English; describes difference between
   Western and Japanese typesettings briefly.

 * japanese.ldf: Removed engine check.
