[issue:392] tfm file conflicts between japanese-otf{,-uptex}

As of the new updates to japanese-otf, it seems about a dozen tfms with
the same name exist in j-otf and j-otf-uptex. All are under
texmf-dist/fonts/tfm/public. These files are different in the two
directories.

I trust it will get resolved soon, one way or another? --thanks, karl.
