The Japanese TeX Development Community submitted an update to the

                           jsclasses

bundle.

Summary description:  Classes tailored for use with Japanese

 * minijs.sty, okumacro.sty: Better upTeX detection with internal Unicode.

 * okumacro.sty: Remove not-working code for adjustment of \widebaselines.
